Ruposi Bangla Airlines is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ruposi Bangla Aviation Services (Canada) Inc. Ruposi Bangla Aviation, the parent company, was founded by Bangladeshi Canadians, who are industry professionals from engineering and aviation. Ruposi Bangla Aviation was incorporated as a Canadian corporation under the Canada Business Corporations Act in May, 2007. Ruposi Bangla Aviation Services (Canada) Inc. is assigned corporation no. 677713-9 by Industry Canada.
